Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
— Item must be unused and in its original condition
— Original packaging must be intact
— Proof of purchase must be provided
Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
— Items returned after 30 days
— Used, damaged, or altered products
— Items with missing parts not due to our error
Partial refunds may be granted for:
— Items not in original condition
— Items returned late without prior approval
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card company — processing may take time

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
